Once you start following Amber Interiors, you will be able to recognize her signature style. A few words to describe her look: boho, beachy, layered, textured, California, casual, cozy, elegant, unique & eclectic. Her spaces are thoughtful but also have a lived in feel.
Amber started out as a small interior design blog focusing on her own home. She has since blossomed into a full service design firm with an online shop and furniture line.
Amber Lewis grew up by the beach in Malibu California, raised by an effortlessly hippy-chic mom and a construction developer father. In art classes then history lessons, and knew early on as long as she was being creative in some form or another she was happy. A brief stint in fashion school, and a few semesters in the UCLA interior design program, Amber ultimately landed an amazing job as an assistant at an interior design firm where she spent a couple years absorbing the ins and outs of the interior design business. Eventually she used her experience to branch out all on her own, and the rest is history.
How to spot her style? White walls, layers, texture, green plants, natural materials, textured wood, something woven, muted vintage rugs, rustic wood, black, and mixed patterns.
Thanks to Tessa Neustadt for all the gorgeous photos.
