It's that time of year again - SF Decorators Showcase! A fun way to explore a beautiful SF home, notice some design trends, and see which local designers you connect with.
It won't surprise you that this was one of my favorite rooms last year. Yes, it is a bedroom for a "teen," but I guess that just means I'm young at heart. K Interiors focuses on texture to create warmth and interest while sticking to a neutral color palette. I love the chunky throw, the funky yet subtle wallpaper and the soothing feel of this room. I am always a sucker for black paint, and I have never seen those rope lights before. It has a cool edge to it while still feeling sophisticated for a teen!
SF Decorator's Showcase runs April 28 - May 28 and for 2018 will be at 465 Marina Blvd.
