Do you have to use these exact items & sizes? In my opinion, no. Just watch to get some inspiration. How does your bed look with the comforter folded back? Would a throw look nice at the bottom of your bed? Maybe freshen up with a few new pillows? I still like a bedroom to be simple and calming, but a few layers add visual interest and style.
