I discovered Butter + Salt in Tahoe when Dad was coming out for his birthday, and I wanted to treat him to something special. Tyler & Aubrey are an adorable couple who met in culinary school (Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY).
We created the menu together, their smiling faces showed up on time, created a fabulous & interesting meal, cleaned the kitchen, and we enjoyed a lovely family dinner together.
Either hire them to come to your Tahoe cabin or visit their chef's table in Reno. This would also make a great gift for a special occasion, and they offer gift certificates.
When I worked with them a few years ago, they were just starting out. The pricing was $95/person for a 4 course dinner. They have since blown up, so I am guessing their prices are probably higher. Worth it though! Their food is delicious, and they are now more experienced.
I have used them for several other special occasions, and they are always a hit.
