Here I am at Cloudbreak. What is Cloudbreak? A surf spot in Fiji near Namotu.
What is Fiji? Fiji is a collection of 333 tropical islands in the South Pacific.
What is Namotu? One of the Fijian islands and a vacation I enjoyed in 2013. Look how small it is. You can walk around the entire thing in about 10 minutes.
What do you do there? A few times a year, Ben Wilson has a kite surf camp. No, I am not a kite surfer, and I found other things to enjoy here. It's kind of like camp. Several small houses/cabins of people who love the beach and surfing. Family dinner every night-we all eat together. Activities such as surfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, scuba, heading to another island for a hike, booze cruise, paddle boarding, reading, napping. One day when there was zero wind, we got creative and used kite boards as wake boards. I learned for the first time!
