If you've taken Bar Method or Dailey Method or Pop Physique, or Pure Barre, you know you have to buy a special kind of socks. We need socks that don't slip on the carpet for the exercises. I've tried several kinds and so far like these the best.
These are the crazy socks I wore in yesterday's post. I bought them in a pinch before class, grabbed a black pair, and didn't notice all the crazy colors until I put them on.
