I get lots of compliments on my flat black winter boots. I purchased these 3 years ago and wear them almost every day in the winter. They aren't inexpensive but have lasted. They are made by P. Monjo and the style is called Carla.
P. Monjo is based in Menorca, Spain. I was just there and should have remembered and visited the store! Menorca seems to be full of shoe designers.
