Here I am at Alice & Olivia summer 2015. I wanted a wild fur jacket-something 70's/rocker/boho/glam. I sent some of my girlfriends these 3 photos. In theory, I loved the furry white one the most. In reality, it just didn't work on me. I am too short to pull this off. They all voted for the more streamlined black one, which I did not purchase because it felt too boring. Well....they were right. The more streamlined black one just works on my shape better. It looks more chic & elegant; the other 2 aren't as flattering. Thanks Michelle, Michelle, Kelsey, & Amber for being a voice of reason!
It's ok not to embrace trends that don't work with your shape. It's also ok to phone a friend if you're not sure.
