My Southern conservative traditional mom approves....her rule is after Easter and before Labor Day. The more traditional South may say only between Memorial Day & Labor Day (but what about Easter?). I think the rules are more relaxed these days, and the weather is weird &, so if you want to wear all white, go for it!
