In December, it's always nice to have a few emergency gifts on hand. These should be gifts that could work for a variety of people. I would grab one at each price range. Maybe a neighbor stops by with a gift and you have nothing in return. Maybe you are having a crazy week and your coworkers decide to do a gift exchange on Friday.
