If you could use some guidance or reminders on what things to care about and what things to let go, this book is for you. Note, I do mention "things to care about." This book does not suggest (nor do I) throwing all caution to the wind and letting everything go! It's more about prioritizing, choosing a few things that really matter to you. We can't do it all. It is freeing to let some of it go.
